The goal of this system is to control the sales procedure, mainly in the show room, starting from sales orders passing through production stages and ending with delivery and generation of official invoices and receipts.

In order to achieve this, there is a need for extra general setup forms that controls and facilitates the data entry and eliminates error possibilities. Such forms could be found in back office software that will be used by the administrator of the work (Management).

Finally, the data created in the workflow system is posted to the back office system to be audited and allow the users to issue reports.
