REPAR is a standalone system. It does not depend on any existing software. It provides services to other applications through XML Web Services. It is a complete system built as a whole, using multi-tier architecture that provides scalability and usability.
REPAR contains different components and is based on an RDBM system for its data storage. It is deployed on a web server on the internet and would be accessed from any place.
REPAR is used to manage complete listings’ information. It provides approximate searching facilities to locate a listing. Client tracking and management is also part of
REPAR, from a prospect client to a tenant. Landlords and their corresponding properties are all managed by REPAR.
BHRE Brokers and External Brokers are primary users of REPAR. They are tracked and their activities are supervised by REPAR. All appointments made, listings searched, emails sent, and deals performed are services featured in REPAR.
