Description |

The Event Management Software (EMS) offers a full solution for handling invitations, confirmations, and attendance for a specified event. It allows users to create events and sub-events, invite persons according to different criteria, and follow up on the attendance of those persons. Users can access the EMS software according to specified privileges given by the system administrator. Each user has a user name and password to log in.

People Management Module
This module handles record keeping for people. Information like name, address, phone, job, etc… can be specified.

Invitations Management Module
From this module the user can invite a set of people to a specified event according to specific criteria (country, name, job….)

Confirmation Management Module
After issuing invitations, the user can confirm the attendance of the invited persons. Additional information will be entered (arrival time, departure time, residence).

Badges Generation Module
After confirming invitations, the user can issue badges for the invited persons who confirmed their attendance. A badge displays the person's name, country, company and a unique barcode. User has the option of issuing badges at any stage of the software (People setup or invitation stage).

Attendance Management Module
From this module the user can keep track of the people attendance time to a specified event (or sub-event) and issue records accordingly.
