Maintenance and Services Management application provides a
simple way to store and retrieve all information related to contracts and
follow ups of services submitted to agents (customers) for easy follow up by
persons (employees) who deal with these agents. Including setup of items and
services, categories of services, agents, employees, departments, and other
related issues, the following
features help you organize all your contracts, follow ups, services, agents
information, and employees follow ups with these agents.

Basic set up
To organize and unify data entry of all
contracts details and to gain rich reporting, Basic set up should be done on
categories of services, spare parts, regions of agents, agents (customers),
follow up results, employees, departments, and others.

Enter (new, modify, or delete) contract with all related information
With very simple interface, you can enter
new contract with customer, defining start and end dates of the contract, first
and discounted prices of the contract, signature status, number of visits, and
summary grid view about these assigned visits. From this interface also you can
issue all needed reports related to these contracts.

Enter (new, modify, cancel) service or follow up request
Another interface to enter new service or
follow up request from customer, indicating type of service, type of charging
(monthly, weekly, cash,..), date of request, employee assigned to follow up,
date of closing, and result of follow up.

Reports are very rich
With very simple and direct interface you
can look up for whatever you need about customers, customer contracts, visits,
follow ups, invoicing and payment types, and much more, all with option to
specify from date to date. Six screens to issue very rich reports: visits
grouped by region or date, request, services, and follow ups grouped by
department, category of service, customer, or employee, and ordering by
department, category, service, or date, and all needed and detailed reports
about contracts.
