The development manager system enables follow up on employees' time distribution over different projects. It allows data entry of daily worksheets indicating employee name, client, project, time spent and description of the work done in addition to detailed notes. The system includes multiple reports by employee, client , project or operation type allowing enhanced study of employee efficiency and project feasibility. It also allows follow up on billing of projects done on contract basis or on development hour basis.
