The public relations module is designed to manage all the information needed about different categories of people such as personal information, accounting information, available addresses, phones and pictures.

All other programs will be linked to this module in order to read the corresponding information needed.

Features

  • Defining the categories that people belong to, user is able to add as many categories as he needs.
  • Many addresses can be defined for one person; user is able to define the type of a specified address such as permanent address, local address..
  • Many phone numbers can be added for a person; user is able to define the type of specified phone number such as local phone, mobile..
  • Many pictures can be added for a person; user is able to define the type of specified picture such as photograph, family picture..
  • The accounting information will be posted directly the accounting system.
  • Reports generated will be grouped by sections selected by the user upon his need.
