  • Covers the income tax reports for the partnership companies, holdings, individual institutions (real profit), lump profit, personal reports for the income taxes, and the exempted companies from the income taxes.
  • Allows to print the reports for the institutions listed above with a prior approval from the Ministry of Finance with the exception of the income tax of the fund companies which are electronically licensed.
  • The income tax reporting module is designed based on the requirements of the electronic taxation system of the Lebanese Ministry of Finance that has approved on them to be sent electronically.
  • Uploads and sends the reports in XML Encrypted format for all kinds of companies through the electronic taxation system.
  • Could be used by all users (whether using LIBRA or other systems)
  • Contains a mechanism to enter the trial balance data manually or to retrieve them automatically from LIBRA or Excel
  • Audits the trial balance upon filling by monitoring the accounts and their nature according to the requirements of the Ministry of Finance

IDS offers complete training on the installed software, how to use the software, how to back-up the database and other technical details.

IDS monitors the system for up-time and track its error log ensuring all issues are escalated and promptly resolved. Support includes the following:

  • Analysis and bug fixing when notified
  • Minor enhancements/changes
  • Provision of patches/updates bug fixing for software

IDS adopts a well-developed procedure for recording calls, following up on our clients, and providing general support. We usually call you back within 24 hours with a solution at hand for most situations. Emergency calls are taken seriously and given priority with the intention to provide immediate solution to the problem(s).
