CRM MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 DEVELOPER

Goal of Position: The CRM Microsoft Dynamics Developer creates and customizes software and applications for clients. Moreover, works in a growing development and supports team providing technical and functional expertise to customers.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: BS or technical degree (BT/TS) in electrical, electronic, or computer field
  • Skills: 
    • +10 Years of experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamic 365
    • +10 Years of experience in .Net framework, JavaScript, MS SQL, JQuery, WCF, Rest web APIs and other Integrations

Tasks and Duties:

  • Engage with business end-users to gather requirements and development to design specifications
  • Identify and document business requirements
  • Support the client through full CRM system development lifecycles
  • Provide technical and systems design expertise in the development, integration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics including integration to other business systems: Power BI, ERP, and other related business systems
  • Conduct configuration and customization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including templates and best practices specific to Private Equity/Alternative Investment, Asset Management and Banking
  • Establish and maintain project plans
  • Obtain funding approval when necessary, and manage project expenditure for IT related business solutions
  • Identify, track and resolve project risks and issues as they arise
  • Ensure projects adhere to internal development guidelines
  • Identify, negotiate, and obtain appropriate project resources
  • Identify stakeholders and engage stakeholder ownership of projects
  • Build CRM forms, screens, and views workflows and reports for the user interface
  • Develop and deliver reports, briefs, presentations and project schedules to key project stakeholders
  • Work closely with Business Service Managers, IT Business Service Analysts and business partners in managing day-to-day issues, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing solutions to satisfy business needs
  • Advocate the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve straight-through processes, controls, and reporting
  • Assist in the management of assigned projects assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained
  • Serve as a contributing member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team
  • Assist in the design and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that deliver the business capability necessary to support company objectives
  • Write technical specifications for designed solutions
  • Analyze workflow, business processes and data flows, assist in documenting solutions with MS Office and Visio
  • Develop CRM forms, workflows, views, dashboards, business processes, reports, plugins, and reports to satisfy business needs
  • Participate in application upgrades and execute post install activities
  • Assist in coding product features and validating end-to-end execution and performance of business processes
  • Manage the integrity of all information, workflows, reports, and filters utilized in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Demonstrate superior attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Create and modify custom SSRS reports
