KUWAIT NEWS AGENCY – CAPABILITY BUILDING PROGRAM, ERP SYSTEM, ENGRAM ARCHIVING, AND WEBSITE
IDS developed of a proprietary ERP system for Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), including human resources, payroll, and accounting system. The project included integration with attendance system and mobile application, and training and data migration from multiple legacy systems
IDS also implemented Engram for news and pictures archiving solutions, training and data migration from legacy system.
IDS developed KUNA website and provided on-going maintenance and upgrades. The project included: News portal, subscription management, integration with archiving system, training system, and adding modules for major events in Kuwait.
Under KUNA website, IDS developed a new page for Training Programs Reservation. The Page includes a list of available training programs including training details. The Attendee can Register and provide the requested information and the system verifies the number of available seats before the reservation is confirmed.
