Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategy focused on both increasing profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Find and develop new markets and improve sales
  • Follow-up and research new business opportunities and arrange business meetings with potential clients
  • Pursue leads and set them through the sales cycle
  • Promote the company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ purposes
  • Plan and prepare presentations
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople 
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials
  • Write reports
  • Develop quotations and proposals for clients
  • Provide management with feedback about the business and the team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
  • Experience in selling software business applications and development projects
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
