AUTOMATION OF THE LEBANESE NATIONAL SOCIAL SECURITY FUND (NSSF)

IDS dedicated a number of employees for NSSF Lebanon to provide numerous services in the different fields of Software Development, Operations, Networking, and Training.

These applications are mostly of a Business Process Management nature with front-end workflow systems.

IDS developed 19 web-based applications and provided NSSF with user-friendly interfaces and sophisticated functionalities. The applications were implemented in 35 branches all over Lebanon.
