IDS developed a job matching platform and mobile app for the Ministry of Labor (MoL) allowing companies to register online and submit their vacant positions, detailing the job requirements. Similarly, candidates sign in to the portal and create their own profile.

An automated algorithm for job matching sends notifications to the companies showing them the selected candidates.

The platform is also available through a native mobile app:

• Developed in both platforms Android and iOS:
• Aims to facilitate the process of following up the applications submitted by citizens and institutions to obtain a service or employment application from MoL.
• Has a simple and friendly design
