In 2013-2014, IDS developed a full and advanced Legal portal for Qatar Legislations and Laws "Malomatia Q.S.C" (AlMeezan). The portal is a database for Legislations, and has many advanced features including but not limited

• It is a full and complete solution for legislations and for any other legal documents that any interested party needs.
• Legislations can be categorized by country.
• Legislations can be grouped by category (investment, criminal …).
• Legislations can also be categorized by year, subject, concerned parties.
• User can add attachments to any legislation.
• Data entry for legislation is supported by legislation tree and articles
• Multiple search filters are available (advanced search).
• A super powerful search engine that searches inside the articles’ text of the legislation ( in one legislation or all legislations )
• Many other features are provided by the solution like: country agreements, rulings of the courts, official gazette issue, media section content section, user profile allowing the user to create his own profile set legislations and articles as preferred, add user own notes on any article or legislation …
• Relations between amendments.The solution provides all the versions of an article with all the amendment text with date of article.
• History of articles - A detailed time line of articles with detailed history about amendments.
