Back in 2011, IDS developed a web portal for the Ministry of Labor in Lebanon.

The web interface is a bilingual interface built on SharePoint 2010 and dedicated to showcasing the major news, announcements, work, events, legal document, FAQs and many more issues related to the Ministry of Labor in Lebanon.

In 2018, IDS re- structured the Portal and developed it under .Net technology. The project enabled the Ministry to automate all internal communication workflows and provide citizens and companies with the necessary means to apply online for foreign workers work permits and follow up on their progress.

The portal was built in order to provide online visitors with an intuitive interface and give the Ministry of Labor an empowered online presence and an enhanced brand image on the web. All these mentioned features are also available on the mobile application that was also developed as part of the project.
