IDS developed a Pilot e-learning platform to cover the needs of the European Union Advisory Mission (EUAM) Iraq. The platform is a closed online e-learning platform with online courses to support the development of the training strategy by a pilot e-learning facility. Its main objective is to build a secure and personalized environment to serve the training mission of the border points commission team.

IDS fulfilled the main objectives of the project:

• Design, develop and deploy a full independent functioning E-Learning platform.
• Design, develop, and deploy two Training Modules.
• Provide Hardware and Office furniture for a classroom.

The General Features of the platform are:

• Centralized source of learning to multiple users; and the training, performance, and content can be accessed from the same source with strong admin features and modern interface.
• Ability to add multimedia content with full support for all learners, following common accessibility standards.
• Enabling monitoring trainees with enhanced completion tracking and personalized learning plans, built from competency frameworks and learning objectives.
• Offering analytics and tracking functions that enable instructors and site administrators to monitor course users whether they started and completed modules or courses, or follow personalized learning plans.
• Supporting trainees through enabling private messages to site administrators/instructors, group activities and collaborative experiences.
• Content and information easily upgraded.
• Special administrative features for administrators, instructors, trainees and users
