IDS won a bid with UNDP to implement the municipal financial and administrative solutions prioritized for:

• Two Union of Municipalities (UoMs): Urban Community Al Fayhaa (UCF) and Union of Tyre municipalities (UoTM)
• 9 Municipalities: Al Beddawi, Bekfaya, Nabay, Tyre, Qana, Alma El Chaab, Deir Qanoun El Nahr, Tayr Debba, Al Boustan

The financial and administrative solutions that will be used by UOM and municipal staff will strengthen budget formulation and execution, enhance human resource management, strengthen information technology, and improve overall transparency and responsiveness about the community.
