IDS partnered with UNICEF to enhance the CERD National Training Management System. The system, developed by the Lebanese Center for Educational Research and Development (CERD), aimed to streamline various training functionalities, including curriculum management, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and professional learning platforms.

IDS conducted a comprehensive review of the existing workflow and implemented significant improvements to elevate the quality of the training program and enhance overall management efficiency. Key features implemented include:

• Modules Management: Centralized management of training modules with customizable user permissions.
• Sessions Management: Specification of training sessions, including details such as trainees, trainers, dates, and times.
• Attendance Management: Tracking attendance for staff and trainees during training sessions.
• Users Management: Administration of admin staff, trainers, and trainees with complete information, including their region and school details.
• Workflow Operations: Streamlined processes from module creation to attendance tracking.
• Reports: Generation of various reports based on the available data.
