Under a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with UNICEF for Software and Mobile Development & Maintenance Services, IDS was engaged to enhance, support, and maintain the Nahno Volunteers Platform in Lebanon.
Originally implemented in Jordan, the platform was adapted and expanded to serve as Lebanon’s national volunteering platform, launched by UNICEF in collaboration with Ministry of Social Affairs.
The platform connects youth with volunteering opportunities across civil society, private sector, and public institutions, while enabling participation tracking, certification, and engagement analytics—contributing to a stronger culture of civic engagement.
IDS enhanced the existing web platform and developed a dedicated mobile application, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience for users.
