Mechanization of the Green Plan workflow included:

• Development of a Tablet application for engineers
• Data migration
• Data Entry
• Training
• Deployment

The web application was built using:

• .NET Framework 4.5
• C#
• JavaScript, jQuery
• HTML5, CSS3
• Microsoft SQL Server 2012

The Tablet application was built as a Native Android application using JAVA and Kotlin
